We were commissioned to make fibreglass tyres for children to stand on when having their photograph taken to go on a driving licence.

This was for Legoland at Windsor.

We bought a small tyre and made a mould in rubber.

We made three casts in fibreglass and cut & fixed them together to make a pattern.

We then made a mould and reproduced ten sets of three tyres which were finally painted.
